Capitol Symphony is still looking for a few good players:

The Capital City Symphony is holding mid-season auditions on Monday, February 5, 2007 at the Atlas Performing Arts Center. The orchestra has openings for:
Bass clarinet
principal bassoon (substitute)
4th Horn (substitute)
Trumpets
Trombone 2

Violin 1
Viola

Spring ’07 repertoire:
Mozart, Overture to Abduction from the Seraglio
Beethoven, Piano Concerto No. 3
Ellington, Black, Brown and Beige
Bach, Concerto in d minor for Two Violins and Orchestra
Walker, Folksongs for Orchestra
Hanson, Symphony No. 2, “Romantic”
