JOINT REHEARSAL 2/6 CANCELLED!

Due to scheduling and space constraints, the joint rehearsal fo Feb 6 has been cancelled. Plan on the usual Tuesday night at Reformation. Here's more info:
From Alexis Joyce, Concert Mgr for ACS:
I
am sorry for the late notice, but the Good Shepard has informed us that
the Sanctuary is not available for us to use next week (There was also
some confusion on our part as to when the joint rehearsals began). Our
regular space at the church is the fellowship hall, and there isn't
enough room for both choirs to meet there. I'm sorry, but we will have
to cancel out joint rehearsal next week.
To confirm, these are the dates we have on our rehearsal schedule as being joint rehearsals:
February 2007
2/6/07 Follow regular rehearsal schedule (No joint rehearsal)
2/13/07 Rehearsal 7:25pm Venue: Cap. Hill (Reformation)
2/20/07 Rehearsal 7:25pm Venue: Alexandria- (Good Shepherd)
2/24/07 Sectional Rehearsal 9:30am - noon (ACS Sectional)
2/27/07 Rehearsal 7:25pm-9:45pm Venue: Cap.Hill (Reformation)
March 2007
3/6/07 Rehearsal 7:25pm Venue: Alexandria (Good Shepherd)
3/9/07 DRESS REHEARSAL with CHC 7:25pm Venue: Cap. Hill (Reformation)
3/10/07 CONCERT 8pm; Call 6:45pm Venue: Capitol Hill Presbyterian
3/11/07 CONCERT 4pm; Call 2:45pm Venue: EHS: Callaway Chapel
I
am currently trying to connect with our contacts at Episcopal High
School to see if we can move our March 6th rehearsal to Callaway
Chapel. The move to Callaway will be dependent upon their spring break schedule.
