Happy Easter and Happy Pesach, Sopranos!
I hope you have all had a wonderful holiday this weekend.
Not too many notes for you...
Plaudite:
- remember to cresc through the long notes
- m45, B natural, not Bb
- m60, SIs, make sure you don't cut off too early, and put a more definitive "t" on the cut-off
- m80 onwards, need more SII
-m68-69, SIIs cross with AIIs, so be careful not to sing the Alto notes
- m81, SI octave jump
- m19-26 need work
- take dots off "collaudantes" to give it more punch
Ave Regina:
- don't scoop between last 2 measures
- m74, SIIs take a look at finding the B there - tricky
Jauchzeit:
- stress-release throughout
- "fur und fur", rearticulate the "u" in "und" rather than elliding to create "furund"
