Volunteers Needed: Music at Eastern Market

From Parker Jayne:
Well, one thing leads to another.  What started as handing out postcards at Eastern Market for the Chorale’s June concerts has become “Eastern Market Music”, a concert series of live music outside Port City Java from 10:30 to 3:30 every Sunday through the end of September with some of Washington’s best blues, bluegrass, jazz, and contemporary musicians performing in support of the effort to save Eastern Market, sponsored by the Capitol Hill Community Foundation.  For the complete schedule, go to www.capitolhillcommunityfoundation.org

We’re going to need volunteers each Sunday and I was wondering if anyone was available this Sunday, our kick-off performances. I'll need 3-4 folks from 9am to 4pm to set up, break down, etc etc.  We'll need folks each Sunday, but I'm working on this first Sunday - after that we'll have a better idea how many.

Come be part of the kick-off of "Eastern Market Music".
